Harmeet started his early career with Ernst & Young as a trainee accountant. He then advanced to a career in Software Consultancy with particular focus on complex Global Software Licensing Negotiations.

With 20 Years’ experience in Software Licensing he has been involved in a number of client engagements across all sectors, scale and geographic location.

Prior to Cloud Optics Harmeet spent 15 years with Insight Enterprises Inc, a Fortune 500 NASDAQ listed Technology Supplier. During that time Harmeet was the leading consultant and built the UK and EMEA software consulting business and eventually lead major engagements in USA, Asia in addition to EMEA.

He has personally led consulting engagements for over 200 large enterprises including but not limited to Vodafone, HSBC, BNP Paribas, Societe Generale, AMP, France Telecom, Atkins, Balfour Beatty, DSV, Voith GMBH and BG Group.

Ian is a Globally experienced leader in Software Sales , Consulting Services and Software Asset Management.

With over 18 years’ experience in Software License Consulting working across all different types of client sizes and verticals within Europe and North America.

Prior to joining Cloud Optics Ian was responsible for building, transforming and leading one the largest specialist Consulting practices in EMEA; covering 11 Countries with over 85 Consultants delivering > $15m professional services revenue per annum with a growth rate of over 40% YoY .Part of the that growth came from extending the Consulting Services portfolio to include SAP, IBM and Oracle.

Additionally, has a successful track record for designing and building Cloud Applications that facilitate the delivery and management of key Licence Consulting project components.

Ivo has an Honours degree in Electronic Engineering with Business management and over 16 years working experience with IBM in roles based in UK, USA, Germany, Czech Republic, Middle East and Africa.

With over 10 years in IBM enterprise software licencing business unit, he has performed senior leadership roles as Licensing Executive managing Large reviews with Global Customers. Ivo initiated a programme for IBM’s high relationship customers to continually manage their IT governance, as an alternative to IBM Audit process.

Keen to explore a world outside of IBM, Ivo worked at Flexera as IBM Licensing Expert for Enterprise Accounts where he gained an in-depth understanding of the possibilities and potential limitations of Software Asset Management tools.

At Cloud Optics Ivo assists clients using IBM technology to find measurable business value, optimise costs and avoid disruptive disputes caused by poorly negotiated and documented projects.

Nicole Zimmermann

Nicole has a degree in Business Information Systems and over 12 years working experience with Microsoft in Switzerland and in the UK.

In the past 8 years she was a Licensing specialist and then a Senior Licensing Executive for Large Enterprise and Global Customers in the UK and EMEA.

She has worked closely with customers when advising on Licensing Solutions and has in-depth knowledge on Microsoft’s Licensing Programs and Product Licensing for on-premise and cloud solutions.

As Senior Licensing Executive she has been negotiating contracts on behalf of Microsoft.

Reena has more than 20 years experience in the IT / Software Industry – the last 15 of which at Microsoft.

Reena’s career at Microsoft was in the Software Asset Management, Licensing and Contract Negotiation sector during which she has worked with over 100 large enterprise and global customers.

She was a Senior Licensing specialist at Microsoft for over 7 years focussing on large Enterprise and Global Customers Headquartered in the UK. In this role she advised customers on licensing and pricing options for new deals and contract renewals.

Also at Microsoft, she held the role of Senior Licensing Executive for Enterprise organizations for over 4 years. In this role she was responsible and empowered to negotiate non-standard concessions for clients.
